Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, add ice and shake quickly to aerate and mix but not overly dilute. Double strain over fresh ice and serve in a punch glass or mug. Garnish with Mexican cinnamon, fresh chamomile flowers and blood oranges.

Mexican Cinnamon & Ginger Syrup*
Add all ingredients, bring to a boil, remove from heat and cover and cool completely. Strain before use.
