Laelia Ponche​

  • 1 1/2 oz Laelia Añejo Tequila
  • ​1 oz Mexican Orange Liqueur​
  • 1/4 oz Ancho chile liqueur ​
  • 4 oz Punch

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker, add ice and shake quickly to aerate and mix but not overly dilute. Double strain over fresh ice and serve in a punch glass or mug. Garnish with Mexican cinnamon, fresh chamomile flowers and blood oranges. ​

PUNCH​

  • ​1/2 oz Tamarind Puree​
  • 2 oz Pomegranate Juice​
  • 1/2 oz Mexican Cinnamon & Ginger Syrup​
  • 1/4 oz Lime Juice​
  • 1 oz Chamomile Tea​

Mexican Cinnamon & Ginger Syrup*​

  • 1 quart organic sugar​
  • 1 quart water​
  • 4 (4-inch) Mexican cinnamon sticks​
  • 6 oz peeled and sliced ginger​

Add all ingredients, bring to a boil, remove from heat and cover and cool completely. Strain before use.​
